Mike is the Chairman of the Advisory Board, Co-Founder, and Partner in AKA Partners. He was the Founder, Co-Owner, former President and Chairmen of RealSource companies. While under his leadership RealSource built a $950 million dollar cumulative multi-family investment portfolio, with over a billion dollars of investment transactions, all under self-management and private ownership.  He sold his interest to his partner of 30 years in January 2018.

Michael is a CCIM designee, which is the highest designation given to commercial real estate practitioners through the National Association of Realtors.  He served as the past CCIM Chapter President, was awarded CCIM of the year, Chair of the National Member Services Committee, and held positions on both National and Local Board of Directors.

 Mr. Anderson attended the University of Utah. He has served on many economic development and national real estate advisory boards and panels. He has been in the real estate business since 1972; his early real estate career included land subdividing and shopping center development and is well known for his pioneering work in real estate econometrics.
