Kent is responsible for researching, gathering and assembling the materials provided in AKA’s investor offerings as well as investor reporting on ongoing properties.

 

His experience in this role includes institutional and real estate investment services since 1986. He managed teams responsible for over $5 billion in institutional investments and more recently lead the acquisition of just under $1 billion in 66 shared equity and mostly multi-family properties purchased with $287 million in equity.

 

Kent received a B.A. in International Economics from the University of Utah, and a M.I.B.A. from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, Monterey California.
